Training Day 10


Hello!
Today I ran 13K (8miles) and it was all quite hilly, good route though, different to the usual.




Unfortunately, my phone ran out of battery at 13K which is annoying as I couldn't keep up the pace without the motivation of my music. From the above table you can see the pace of the run became slower and slower after the first 5K - I need to do another form of training to increase my pace and stamina. 

Lesson learnt for next time, make sure I have a fully charged phone!
