Training Day 8 - 8 Mile Run
Hello,
On Sunday I took the least direct route from my Mums house to my Nanas and ran 13K (8miles), I made the rookie mistake of running before breakfast - resulting in quite a slow pace.

Hello,
Today has been X training on the training plan - so I went on an 8 mile bike ride under the suspension bridge. Bristol looked lovely this evening!

Training Day 6
Hello,
Today I completed a 6 mile run in 54:51. It has been an incredibly hot day in Bristol and I ran at 1pm, so it was quite hard!

Hello,
I went for a beautiful run through Bristol this evening, I ran up towards Leigh woods and then around the harbour completing 6 miles.

Training Day 3/4
Hello,
I have been up with my family in Nottingham this weekend, so it's been nice to have a run with a change of scenery. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete the 3rd day of training (4 mile run) as I was up all night with food poisoning (I'm never eating service station food again)!

Training Day 2 : Fartlek
Hello!
So today was Fartlek day, I have never done one of these before- it is basically a run with varying speeds. To be honest it wasn't my best effort!
