So today was Fartlek day, I have never done one of these before- it is basically a run with varying speeds. To be honest it wasn't my best effort!

Above is my pace table, as you can see I started off quite well but struggled with varying the speed. I ran under the Bristol Suspension Bridge as I figured that would be a good place to say to myself "I'll run super fast for these two lampposts and then slow it down". I ended up getting really bad stitch after 3K so that made it a lot harder. After 5K I had to walk...
Never mind, will probably have a Google and find out the best way to do a 40 minute Fartlek (what a funny word!) and do better next week.
